What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, course of interest, current level and the content of your message. This data is used solely to reply to your request for information (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How it is processed

The form is handled by an external email-forwarding service (Formspree, Inc.), acting as data processor, which delivers the message to the controller's mailbox. Data is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a training relationship is established.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to leonardodurantidiver@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
